Our Aims and Objectives

FOCUS CARE AND CLEANING ltd is a domiciliary service whose primary aim is to provide care and support to the vulnerable individuals in the community and also help in keeping their environment clean. Care and support is being given to them in their own homes when convenient to them and in ways that individual right is being valued and respected.

Our aim is to provide at all times high quality domiciliary care and support, which promotes a way of life that maintain the pride and dignity of each individual service user human right. Our main focus is providing personal care and support in ways which have a positive outcome for the service users, maintaining and promoting independence with active participation.

To ensure that our service is fit for purpose, we carry out supervisions, spot checks, inductions, trainings and welcoming feedbacks from service users, their family members and friends. We ensure that service users are supported to think, plan, act and choose to take sensible informed risks in regard to their lives by utilising active support approaches that encourages them to participate in their own care and support.

Assessments

Our priority is identifying and meeting service users needs prior to service being commenced, each individual service user is thoroughly assessed and these assessment are frequently reassessed and changing needs responded to promptly, appropriately and positively.

At Focus Care and Clean we take pride in our conduct, protection of confidentiality and endeavour to present a positive impression of our selves and our organisation. Respect for our clients, their pride and dignity is our main focus and we ensure that our workplace is presented in the best possible manner.
