From our head office in Cardiff, Focus Care and Clean specialises in working with clients, service users and their family members who require care services and if possible keeping the environment perfectly clean. Focusing on our clients in providing professional care to satisfy them is at the fore front of what we do. At focus care we work with GPs, primary care trust, social workers, OTs etc to offer a unique service of support that are of tailored for home care visits.
We will visit you in your home to discuss your individual needs and explain how our services can work for you. We will work with you and design an individual care package around your needs. Once you have agreed to the care package, you will then be introduced to members of our care team that we feel will best meet your needs. Each carer or cleaner has been selected for their passion and commitment.
